Why Does the ‘Free Flow’ Option in Acadle Matter?

Improvement

Balancing flexibility and structure in online learning is key to keeping users engaged. Acadle’s Free Flow option lets you control whether learners can skip lessons and courses, giving you the perfect balance of guided learning and self-paced exploration.

How Free Flow Works in Acadle:

1. Free Flow (Course Edit Section)

Restrict or allow skipping lessons within a course to create a structured or flexible learning experience.

2. Course Free Flow (Admin → Configuration → Course Settings)

Control access to entire courses without affecting the learning path, letting you decide how learners progress.

3. Learning Path Free Flow (Settings → Learning Path → Edit Section)

Group multiple courses into a structured learning path.

Enabled: Users can complete courses in any order at their own pace.

Disabled: Users must follow the set sequence without skipping courses.

Find the Right Balance

With Free Flow, you can design your academy to match your teaching style—whether you want a strict step-by-step approach or a more flexible learning journey. Try it out in your Acadle dashboard today!
