Email Notification for New Users During Bulk Import

We’ve introduced a new option to notify new users automatically by email when they are added through bulk import.
When enabled, users will receive their username and password directly in their inbox, making onboarding faster and smoother.
Where to find it:
Go to Users & Reports → Import → upload your file → enable the checkbox “For new users” under “Do you want to send email notification?”
In this way, you can update existing user data and add new users in the same import flow. You can also assign clear usernames and let users log in using the shared credentials, making it easy to cross-check users without relying solely on email IDs.
