A couple of enhancements added to the Acadle

• You can now change the URL of academies by yourselves (Acadle sub-domain) - from Super Admin Dashboard (app.acade.com)
• You can now delete academy - from Super Admin Dashboard
• Users can now delete their account from Edit profile (taking steps towards GDPR)
• Team members can now delete their account and history (the courses they create will get transferred to super admin)
